Dough Ingredients:

Spicy Pizza Sauce Instructions:
- Melt butter in a skillet, whisk in flour until smooth.
- Gradually add milk, whisking continuously. Stir in hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a boil and cook until the sauce thickens.
Per Pizza Toppings:
- 1 cup Shredded Chicken (210g)
- 2 cups Shredded Low Moisture Mozzarella (224g)
- ½ Red Onion
